Appearance: There are hairy fleshy spines on the surface of the fungus, about 1 to 3 cm long. Its fruit bodies are round and thick, white when fresh, from light yellow to light brown when dried, with a narrow or slightly short stalk at the base, and swelling on the upper part. With a diameter of 3.5 to 10 cm, it looks like golden hericium from a distance, so it is called "Hericium Hericium" and also like a hedgehog, so it is also called "Hedgehog Fungus".

Application:
Hericium erinaceus is mild in nature and sweet in taste, beneficial to the five internal organs, aiding digestion, and nourishing the body. Since the 1970s, modern medicine has successively proved that Hericium erinaceus has good medicinal value. Hericium erinaceus is used for indigestion, gastric ulcer, gastritis, stomach pain, bloating and neurasthenia.
